Role Summary
The Associate Project Manager supports the delivery of end-to-end technology and process transformation projects for clients in logistics, supply chain, and ERP domains. The role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, bridging IT and business functions to deliver measurable operational improvements.
Core Responsibilities
Plan and manage client projects integrating IT and supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, and automation platforms).
Collaborate with client subject-matter experts and delivery teams to capture and confirm requirements, ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
Develop and maintain project documentation -- project plans, RAID logs, change controls, and status reports.
Track milestones, budgets, and risks; recommend mitigation and corrective actions.
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Liaise with clients to communicate progress, manage expectations, and validate deliverables.
Support ERP and data integration activities (SAP MM and related modules).
Lead workshops and presentations for clients on process improvement and system usage.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement through technology solutions.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or Supply Chain.
2-4 years' experience supporting IT or supply chain transformation projects.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM or similar) and project tools (MS Project, Jira, Excel).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of business change management and process mapping.
Project certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile) preferred.

Pay: 40,420.00-56,569.33 per year
