What you'll do as an Associate Property Lawyer:
Manage your own caseload
, handling all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion, registration, and closure.
Take client instructions, maintain accurate file notes, and communicate effectively with clients and third parties.
Draft legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Exchange and Completion letters, and Land Registry and HMRC forms.
Conduct pre-completion, Land Registry, and conveyancing searches with precision and efficiency, ensuring all documents and funds are ready for exchange and completion.
Handle post-completion work including applications to the Land Registry, SDLT submissions, file closures, and ledger checks.
What we're looking for:
A
recent Law graduate or someone with experience in the property sector
(essential).
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
A motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office is preferred but not essential.
