Enfield Legal Services are recruiting a Property Lawyer. This is a fantastic opportunity for talented and ambitious professional to join a friendly, committed and highly regarded in-house legal team to help deliver quality legal advice, as well as making a real contribution to the quality of life and sustainability of the borough. This position will support with an increased programme of acquisitions to address Temporary Accommodation demand and Compulsory Purchase Orders. You will need to be a real team player who is self-motivated and flexible. You'll be required to work to tight timescales, but rest assured you will have the necessary support to enable you to succeed. This post is classified as a flexible worker and requires 2 days office attendance a week, although during the probationary period to support learning and assisting the post holder to excel in the role office attendance maybe up to 5 days per week.
