Kennedys is seeking an experienced Associate

to join our Leeds, Sheffield or Manchester office, supporting our work on defendant-side public sector claims. This is an exceptional opportunity to manage a high-value, sensitive caseload for a diverse client base--primarily defending Abuse and Employers/Public Liability (EL/PL) claims--within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Our national personal injury practice operates from seven offices across the UK, handling complex, high-profile cases led by Partners who are recognised as market leaders in the field. We regularly manage UK claims involving cross-border quantum investigations, supported by our international network.

Required experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience (preferred) Demonstrable expertise in EL/PL and highways claims Familiarity with blue light services and claims involving stress, harassment, or abuse
