Boeing Quality & Compliance is seeking to hire

Associate Quality System Specialist

for the Maintenance Training Team at our Training Campus based in Crawley, UK, to work with our aircraft maintenance training team in support of growing international training requirements. If you have an eye for detail, an analytical mind, and want to work on a team that makes a difference every day, come join our team. Our team is responsible for the continuing compliance of all maintenance training activities worldwide including both internal and external oversight and has many opportunities for short-term international travel. Most team members are currently working a hybrid model spending 1-2 days per week in the office with a flexible schedule.

. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:



Leading quality reviews of:

+ Regulations and regulatory compliance documents
+ Records
+ Program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development
Supporting the quality manager Supporting the application process for regulatory certificates and supporting the maintenance of approved regulatory certificates Supporting the application of course/curriculum approvals Supporting regulatory approvals for Boeing and Non-Boeing training sites Supporting audits plans and schedules

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):



Education: Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science 3+ years of experience utilizing process improvement and problem-solving methodologies Ability to travel internationally without restrictions is required

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):



5+ years of experience implementing and/or maintaining quality standards (EX: ISO9001, Aerospace Standard AS91001) 1+ years of experience with Part 147/145 aircraft maintenance operations Working knowledge of EASA, TCCA, or CAAC regulations related to maintenance training Advanced office skills (Excel, Access) Experience working with foreign customers and regulatory authorities ASQ, CQA, or other professional quality certifications Six Sigma certification
