A dynamic, expanding cost consultancy - known for its family-feel culture and collaborative ethos - is looking for a confident Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Fitzrovia office. With five offices across the UK and a booming London portfolio, this is a rare opportunity to step into a key leadership role at a pivotal time in the business's growth.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
As the Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of both projects and people. You'll oversee and mentor a small team of surveyors, supporting their development and reviewing their work - while also managing your own exciting portfolio of new build and refurbishment schemes.
Current work spans Residential, Hotel, Leisure, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Life Sciences - with projects ranging from 1m to 40m+. You'll juggle 3-4 live projects, each at different stages, giving you the variety and challenge to stay engaged and motivated.
This is the ideal role for a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor looking to make their mark in a business where your voice is heard, your success is rewarded, and your progression is mapped out clearly to Associate Director.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience managing a team within a PQS environment
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy is a MUST
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Comfortable working across multiple projects / sectors
• A team-oriented mindset and leadership potential
