As an Associate R&D Technical Consultant, you'll work directly with engineers, scientists and founders across the UK to uncover how their innovations qualify for tax incentives. Think client-facing, brain-engaged, problem-solving every day.
What You'll Do
Work with businesses to identify innovative projects eligible for R&D tax relief
Translate complex engineering and scientific activities into clear, compelling technical reports
Conduct interviews and site visits with senior technical stakeholders
Collaborate with finance and tax teams to build robust claims
Stay on top of HMRC guidance and emerging innovation trends
Learn fast--technical training, tax knowledge, and consulting skills all included

A degree in a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths)
