Seeking an Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) for the specialist Real Estate Disputes Team. Join a top-ranked team resolving complex, high-value property disputes for commercial landlords, developers, landowners, and private clients across sectors.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage caseload of commercial/residential property disputes
Support senior team members on high-value, protracted matters
Mentor junior lawyers
Collaborate across teams for optimal client outcomes
Ideal Candidate

Solicitor/Legal Executive with real estate disputes experience (or mixed caseload keen to specialize). Around 3 PQE equivalent, calm under pressure, proactive, adaptable, with exceptional client communication and creative problem-solving. Human-first approach essential; hybrid/flexible patterns considered.
