About the role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-orientated Recruiter to join our team working within a demanding and rapidly expanding environment. Your primary duties will be supporting the HR & Recruitment team across a wide range of daily tasks from drafting job descriptions to interview scheduling, from direct sourcing and screening of candidates to helping us ensure the candidates experience is the best in the industry.
This is a 12-month contract role based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Royal Leamington Spa. We have a hybrid work model in place with a minimum of 3 days a week in studio. Relocation assistance inside the UK is available if required.

What you'll do:
Screen CVs and portfolios, helping shortlist strong candidates for hiring teams
Coordinate interviews and act as a point of contact between candidates and interviewers
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, online communities, events, and referrals
Draft and post job descriptions in alignment with hiring managers
Support employer branding efforts across social media, job platforms, and at industry and education events
Assist with end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles across departments (art, design, engineering, production, etc.)
Maintain and update ATS to ensure accurate candidate records
Help deliver a positive candidate experience, from first outreach to final feedback
Collect and organise feedback from interviewers and follow up with candidates promptly
Conduct research and collate information and present findings on potential new job boards, diversity recourses, industry events and conferences
Establish strong working relationships with Recruitment, HR Teams and hiring managers

What you'll bring:
Experience in recruitment, ideally within the video games or tech industry, either in-house or agency
An understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and basic sourcing strategies
Familiarity with roles in game development (e.g. art, design, engineering, QA, production) is a plus
Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative mindset -- able to work closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment with changing priorities
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within a recruitment team
Passion for games and an interest in game development and industry trends
