The Role
As a Recruitment Associate / Recruiter, you will play a central role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding talented candidates for a range of live campaigns. You will conduct outreach calls, screen applicants, and manage the full recruitment cycle while developing strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
This role is well-suited to confident communicators who enjoy working in a target-driven environment and are looking to grow within recruitment, HR, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct job analyses and understand campaign-specific hiring requirements.
Make outbound calls and proactively generate candidate interest.
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate the recruitment process.
Utilise ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, or Salesforce to manage candidate pipelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and campaign leads.
Implement recruitment and social media strategies to attract quality candidates.
Generate leads through networking, job fairs, and professional outreach initiatives.

Ideal Candidate
Energetic, confident, and target-driven
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service, recruitment, or sales (desirable but not essential)
Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple priorities
Proficient with or willing to learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Organised, professional, and eager to learn and grow
