Associate Recruitment Consultant

to join our team - someone ready to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and have a bit of fun along the way.

As an

Associate Recruitment Consultant

, you'll get hands-on training and ongoing support while learning the recruitment process from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Partnering with consultants to ensure exceptional levels of delivery Engaging with top finance talent, connecting with candidates via LinkedIn, our CRM, job boards, and referrals Crafting compelling job adverts and reviewing CVs to match the best candidates to the right roles Guiding candidates through the process, from registration to interview prep, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way Building your own client base over time, growing your network and influence in the market Fuelling a collaborative, high-energy team culture - sharing ideas, celebrating wins, and learning together
