to join our team and resource psychiatrists to meet the needs of our clients. You don't need a background in recruitment to apply, we will give you all the tools and guidance to make you a success. Our managers will guide you through an expert-led training programme and ongoing coaching, sharing knowledge they've gained from years in the industry.

We work with both NHS trusts and the private sector to place registered mental health professionals into temporary, permanent and contract roles. Our expert teams take the time to fully support candidates and ensure we are delivering an outstanding service in everything we do.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Source candidates from a variety of different avenues including LinkedIn, social media, referrals and the internal database. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial attraction, to onboarding, deployment and retention strategies. Work towards clear goals and performance targets agreed with your manager, with plenty of support to help you achieve them.

This is a role where your motivation and willingness to learn will really make a difference.

Experience We're Looking For

Customer service and confidence over the phone Experience in a sales or target driven role would be a bonus!
