Role



We are currently looking for an Associate Restaurant Attendant to join our team at Rosewood London. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of our staff restaurant, Midtown Social, while helping to maintain high standards of service.

Key expectations of this role are:

Following food safety and health and safety regulations at all times. Assist with maintaining all standards, policies & procedures relating to host service in Midtown Social as laid out by Rosewood London, with a strong emphasis on associate training and development, associates' satisfaction, product quality and profitability. Collect all food preparation equipment, including pots, pans and deliver to stewarding areas. Be aware of the approximate number of associates coming to Midtown Social per service by communicating with the manager. Ensure that cleaning tasks are taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all our associates receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of Midtown Social.

Profile

Having a passion for hospitality. Taking a proactive approach in learning new skills. The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others. Being organised and efficient in prioritising your responsibilities.
