Associate Technical Consultant
Job Description
The associate technical consultant will work with and assist Senior Consultants in providing technical subject matter expertise, advisory and consulting services to our enterprise customers covering a broad range of network and telecoms products and services. Initially responsible to internal stakeholders but will be expected to support more senior staff in presenting to customers and in time become increasingly independent as a customer facing role.
Participate in multiple, major telecoms projects working for and representing the Senior Consultant running said projects. Projects may include Procurement, Strategy and In-life management across multiple customers simultaneously.
As such, this is a demanding role, involving a range of commercial, technical, procedural and process skills, as well as requiring good interpersonal skills to engage with multiple customers and consultants. In particular, you will work with a range of personnel within each customer, including engagement with technical teams, procurement and commercial teams, and also engaging with senior management.
You will also engage with service providers on behalf of TNC to ensure we have the best possible understanding of their pricing and solutions.
Skills & Experience:
Relevant experience in telecoms, network operations, engineering, or similar technical environments Understanding of enterprise telecoms technologies (e.g. WAN, SD-WAN, CC, Voice, internet, mobile) Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail A proactive and collaborative approach, with a desire to develop as a consultant Experience supporting supplier engagement, procurement, or delivery activities Familiarity with network architecture principles and common service models
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
