We\'re looking for an Associate Technical Designer with a passion for creating exceptional gaming experiences to help us deliver industry leading titles. Join us on the road ahead!

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Live-Ops Development Manager, you will work with other team members and the Product Manager to design, prototype, and implement new features and content post-launch
  • Using all available sources, thoroughly research the allocated areas of design
  • Create and configure game side content, such as AI systems, cameras, and user assist, across a range of gaming platforms
  • Write technical documentation designed to support adopted procedures and toolsets, and in line with the agreed standards and conventions
  • You will write Design documents and contribute to game design decisions
  • You will provide feedback on the work completed by peers
  • Collaborate with members of the wider team, in order to help resolve issues and guide quality
  • Seek feedback from peers and key stakeholders, acting upon it accordingly
  • Conduct testing of your work, iterating as appropriate
Qualifications:
  • A working knowledge of PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series
  • Experience using 3DS Max (or similar)
  • Experience using Level Editing software
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A keen interest in a wide variety of games
  • A high level of technical awareness
Additional Useful Skills and Experience:
  • Technical awareness of development processes
  • Experience using source control software and systems
  • Experience using Adobe software, in particular Photoshop and Premier Pro
  • Previous professional Level/ Technical Design experience
  • An interest in F1 and/ or motorsport in general
