From generating content ideas to filming, editing and production to final delivery across various platforms.Working across the five diverse business divisions, the corporate level and support for the Chief Client Office. This role will require enthusiasm, integrity and initiative to shoot and edit for video, motion and audio content, as standalone pieces, content series and as part of marketing campaigns.Working closely with the Creative Director and The 199 partner engagement team, they will be responsible for shooting, coordinating and producing in-person projects in our London studios, collaborating with internal partners, delivering all aspects of productions from concept to final delivery.This role requires on site work from S&P Global's London office.Responsibilities and Impact:

  • In collaboration with the Creative Director and the Partner Engagement teams, plan, shoot and edit customer-focused video, motion, and podcast content that aligns with business objectives.
  • An enthusiatic self-starter who can collaborate with internal teams to develop video content that reflects brand objectives and engage target audiences.
  • Create high-quality video, audio, motion and animations, quickly iterating based on feedback.
  • Creative with a passion for storytelling in design-typography, motion, copy, imagery, and music-to create bold, compelling videos.
  • The ability to plan and craft engaging narratives from concept to storyboard to delivery, using video, motion, audio, and graphics to convey key messages effectively.
  • Skilled in creating optimized video, motion, and audio content for social media to maximize engagement.
  • A creative who develops solutions that align with the brand.
  • The ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset, keen to develop deep knowledge of the company, target audiences, and financial markets to inform creative decisions and concepts.
  • Uphold standards for preproduction, in-studio, on-location, and post-production.
  • Up to date with industry trends, technology, and best practices in video, broadcast TV, audio, and production.

What We're Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, either in-house or with a creative or production company.
  • Must provide a recent portfolio showcasing exceptional work and expertise - needs to be submitted as part of the job application for this role.
  • Experience in the planning and delivery of successful video content series - demonstrating results and engagement.
  • Proficient in video production, including camerawork, lighting, audio, editing, and motion graphics for both pre-recorded and live content.
  • Skilled in storytelling through filming, animation, videography, and post-production editing.
  • Proficient with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and industry-standard video, audio, and podcast editing tools.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to implement new solutions when needed.
  • Effective in fast-paced environments, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Maintain strong organizational and time management skills, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Personable, professional and collaborative, with good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Additional Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience in multi-camera studio operations, including switching techniques, greenscreen, and studio camera systems and control rooms a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in film, communications, advertising, or a related field.
