Associate/senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate (ideally 4 – 7 Years Pqe)
Job Description
We would like to recruit a solicitor to join our highly regarded Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded real estate lawyer, with experience of working on complex developments/regeneration projects. You will have a real interest in mixed use real estate development and be confident in taking ownership of your work, with a proactive and commercial approach to advice and transactions, keeping clients' drivers and different approaches in mind. A self-starter, you will be able to work relatively independently with appropriate levels of supervision. You will benefit from high quality work, close client contact and the opportunity to broaden and develop your expertise in a supportive environment.
