Senior Associate, Commercial Real Estate (ideally 5 – 7 Years Pqe)
Job Description
We would like to hire a solicitor to join our renowned Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent and fulltime basis.
You will ideally have 5 - 7 years PQE from another similar or City firm. You will have relevant experience acting for sophisticated developers and larger corporate enterprises (funds/investors/operators). You will need to show competence in dealing with landlord and tenant (as a matter of basic requirement) as well as pre-lets, acquisitions for development (including advising on constraints and being commercially aware of practical issues and how to resolve them) and advising institutional funds and lenders (including preparing COTs). You will also need to show competency in ESG and its application across the life cycle of an asset. Finally, some experience in supervising juniors is required.
