Senior Associate / Associate - Agricultural Property - Ipswich with hybrid working
Client
A highly successful specialist Agricultural Property team within a full service, UK top 50, forward-thinking law firm
Role
Advising both UK and international clients on all matters affecting rural real estate
Drafting and negotiating agreements and documentation for property sales, purchases, tenancies and other property-related issues
Managing a caseload with support from senior team as needed
Actively participating in business development activities
You
3+ years PQE within Property or Private Client, Agricultural experience advantageous but not essential
Passion for rural matters and a strong interest in specialising in Agriculture
Ambitious, driven and with strong attention to detail
