As an assistant Manager at our establishment, you will oversee the daily operations and management of our hospitality venue. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage production, and overall guest satisfaction.
Duties
- Manage and supervise staff members in various departments such as bartending, food production, and hospitality
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and oversee food preparation processes
- Coordinate Lodge Park operations including lodge bookings and guest services.
- Implement strategies to maximise revenue and minimise costs
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the culinary or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent organisational and supervisory abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and culinary practices
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality customer service
- A hands-on approach with a willingness to help out where needed
