We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual who holds high expectations for all students. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting our most disadvantaged and vulnerable children, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.
At the heart of our ethos is the belief in "excellence through habit." In this role, you will play a key part in helping students who are struggling with attendance re-engage with their education and feel a valued part of our school community once again. You will be responsible for ensuring that absent students are visited regularly and that clear, strategic plans are in place to support their successful return to school. Your work will be crucial in rebuilding relationships, removing obstacles, and fostering long-term, positive engagement with education.
