We are pleased to offer this opportunity for a fixed term until 31 August 2026.


As Attendance Mentor you will monitor and improve the attendance and punctuality of all students in Yrs7-11 across the Academy, with a focus on SEN & Disadvantage, working as part of the wider Attendance Team.


You will have excellent communication skills, a proactive way of working and a desire to support students and their families to attend school and improve attendance.


The role will be working 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, Mon-Fri), term time plus 1 week (39 working weeks per year). Start time between 8am & 9am , negotiable at interview/offer stage.
