About the Role:

The Attorney Support Manager is an integral part of Latham's Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for organising, supervising, and developing Attorney Support staff in the office, while establishing strategic and operational priorities for the Attorney Support team. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.


Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Other key responsibilities include:

Monitoring workflow and coordinating support assignments based upon daily firm and client needs Meeting and maintaining firm staffing goals by establishing effective and efficient assignments for attorneys and paralegals, and recommending appropriate reallocations Coordinating with other department supervisors and managers regarding operational issues, and other logistical and resource requirements Working with coordinators and supervisors to ensure coverage for both planned and unplanned absences, and arranging coverage as required Making recommendations in regard to resource planning and recruitment needs

Demonstrate excellent leadership skills (e.g., organising, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making) necessary for effective management Possess well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm Exhibit the ability to work in a team environment, with a strong customer service focus


And have:

Experience in a legal or professional services environment A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably
