: Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and provide reliable team support.
External communication
: Liaise courteously with suppliers, clients, and colleagues to uphold professional relationships.
Compliance
: Carry out duties in line with legislation and company policies.
Health & Safety
: Adhere to company practices and health & safety standards at all times.
Operational support
: Provide assistance to the Operations Manager and Auction Administrators when required.
Candidate Profile
Organised and detail-focused
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Able to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
Competent in Microsoft Office and database systems
