Your Role as a Sales Negotiator
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll act as the key point of contact for buyers, sellers, and estate agents from the moment a property is listed right through to the agreed sale.
You'll excel in delivering outstanding customer service, achieving targets, and building strong working relationships. With a proactive, confident, and energetic approach, you'll ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency.
What You'll Do
Manage properties from listing through to completion
Guide buyers through registration and help them become bid?ready
Arrange and coordinate property viewings efficiently
Handle inbound calls while delivering excellent customer service
Maintain regular communication with buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the process
Manage expectations and keep all parties informed
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Promote legal packs and conveyancing services to meet monthly targets
Use initiative to overcome challenges and support sales progression
Suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
Work with administration teams on property particulars
Support valuers when needed
Identify new sales opportunities
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated, customer?driven individual who knows what exceptional service looks like -- and is committed to delivering it.
You'll have:
At least 12 months' experience in the property sector and customer service
A minimum of 12 months in a Sales Negotiator role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong numeracy and literacy abilities
The ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
