Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and professional Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to facilitate property sales and lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining our reputation for excellence within the property industry. Previous experience in sales or lettings is advantageous, along with strong organisational and communication skills.

Duties



Engage with prospective buyers and tenants to understand their requirements and provide suitable property options Negotiate offers between clients, landlords, and vendors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements Conduct property viewings, highlighting features and answering queries confidently Prepare and manage documentation related to sales transactions Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth progress of deals Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings using CRM systems Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including social media and advertising platforms Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills



Previous experience in estate agency (sales, lettings, or both) preferred. Local market knowledge (advantageous but not essential) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple clients and property listings efficiently Administrative experience is desirable for maintaining accurate records and managing documentation effectively Professional demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A valid UK driving licence and access to a car
