Job Title: Auction Services Administrator Location: 16-17 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5LU
Purpose of the Role To provide administrative, operational and client-facing support to the Pall Mall Office Manager, ensuring the efficient running of office activities and a high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Front-of-House
Welcome clients and staff upon arrival at the Pall Mall office.
Manage incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to enquiries including client and bid registration, payment processing and collection arrangements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Administrative & Operational Support
Update and maintain the company database with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless communication across the organisation.
Ensure all company policies, procedures and guidelines are followed and updated when required.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Property Handling & Logistics
Receive and receipt property consigned for auction arriving at the London office.
Release property to clients on collection, ensuring all documentation is completed and up to date.
Manage the movement of stock to and from the Pall Mall office, keeping precise and compliant records.
Events, Exhibitions & Auctions
Support the planning, organisation and delivery of events, exhibitions and auctions held at Pall Mall.
Assist with on-the-day operations to ensure smooth and professional execution.
