Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking an experienced and proactive

Divisional Warranty Manager

to oversee warranty performance across the VWG division. This is a key role where you will drive compliance, improve warranty efficiencies, support our service teams and ensure we deliver the highest standards for customers and manufacturer partners.




About the Role





As Divisional Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant warranty administration across multiple sites. You'll work closely with site Warranty Executives, Service Managers, Aftersales Managers, and our Manufacturer Partners to maintain excellent audit results, streamline warranty processes, and maximise recoveries. You'll be the "go-to" expert for warranty queries, providing coaching, training and constructive feedback to warranty personnel and workshop teams.




Key Responsibilities




Oversee warranty operations across multiple dealerships within the division Audit warranty claims to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with manufacturer standards Develop and deliver training to warranty and service teams Review warranty trends and implement action plans to improve performance Liaise directly with manufacturer warranty teams to resolve disputes and technical claim challenges Support sites through internal and external warranty audits Report on divisional warranty performance to senior management



About You





To be successful, you will need:


Proven warranty experience within the motor trade (ideally at a VWG Group or multi-site level) Ideally, a strong understanding of VWG manufacturer warranty systems, audit procedures and claim processes Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confidence to challenge, coach and influence across all levels A logical and detail-focused approach to reporting and problem-solving Flexibility to travel between dealerships as required - a company car will be provided.
