As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle's time on site. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
The Role
Acting as the key point of contact for customers during their service or repair visit.
Providing outstanding customer service
Managing all service walk-in enquiries on behalf of the dealership.
Liaising across departments to provide accurate and competitive quotes for required work.
Checking in and handing over vehicles, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate.
Ensuring all activities meet Audi brand and service standards.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Excellent administration, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions and workshop scheduling.
Experience in a customer-focused role -- ideally within the automotive industry (though this isn't essential).
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
