The Customer Service Advisor role requires a confident individual to deliver exceptional support and assistance to clients within the business services industry. This temporary position in Leeds, City Centre focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.

Provide professional and courteous customer service to all clients.

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software or databases.
A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks.
Can start on the 17th November.
