Key Responsibilities:
As Transaction Manager, your role will include:
Building strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieving sales targets for vehicles and associated products.
Leading and managing a team of Sales Executives to consistently meet and exceed performance goals.
Negotiating vehicle sales effectively and professionally with customers.
Maximising both new and existing business opportunities.
Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining precise and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Providing strong leadership, ongoing motivation, and clear direction for your team.
Delivering against volume and margin targets to meet financial objectives.
Ensuring operational processes comply with all FCA and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
A proven track record in leading and managing successful sales teams.
Consistently strong sales performance, ideally within a financial services or automotive environment.
A solid understanding of FCA regulations and compliance.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Previous experience within a VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) dealership would be highly advantageous.
