Audience & Community Executive - B2B Events
London | Hybrid working + International travel
Base Salary up to 33,000 + Commission + Bonus
I'm looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer to move into this new Events position!
Are you a recruiter, resourcer, or candidate generator who loves building relationships, project managing and connecting people?
This role takes those skills and applies them to the events industry, where you'll help create high-impact B2B events across the UK, Europe, and the US.
The Role
We're seeking an Audience Executive to join our clients' event marketing team and help deliver outstanding event experiences and ROI for their clients.
You'll work with the marketing and client-facing teams to make sure everything the company has promised to clients actually gets done - correctly, on schedule, and to a high standard.
Your main focus will be to coordinate and deliver the VIP meeting programme for the events - inviting participants, scheduling their meetings, managing communication, and making sure everything runs smoothly before and during the event.
This position calls for someone confident, detail-oriented, and professional, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
You'll Bring

• 1-2 years' experience in recruitment, resourcing, or candidate generation.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner.
• A people-first mindset -- you enjoy connecting and engaging with professionals.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at pace.
• Ability and desire to think outside the box, build communities and develop deep knowledge of the industry.
• Experience in financial services or tech sectors is an advantage.
