This role sits at the heart of Marketing, Editorial, and Commercial teams, shaping how these teams work together to drive both engagement and revenue.

Commercially minded, with a strong grasp of how audience development drives revenue.
Skilled in running high impact digital campaigns across SEO, content, paid media, and CRM
Analytical and curious, able to segment audiences, interpret data, and turn insights into action
Comfortable working with Customer Data Platforms and using them to drive smarter decision making.
A thoughtful communicator who can influence, collaborate, and act as an internal specialist in audience development

Your new role:
This role will play a central role in shaping and delivering our audience growth strategy across a diverse portfolio of brands and platforms. This is both a strategic and hands on role, perfect for someone who enjoys blending big picture thinking with practical delivery.
This role is essential to achieving our revenue and engagement goals, with well-defined measurements connected to acquisition, retention, and audience quality. You'll be the person who uncovers what truly drives our audience and feed those insights directly into content, product, and commercial strategy.
Develop and deliver a data-driven audience growth strategy that increases reach and engagement against agreed business KPIs.
Identify, segment, and prioritise high-value audience groups to improve targeting efficiency and increase conversion rates.
Optimise acquisition, engagement, and retention to drive higher lifetime value.
Translate data into actionable insights that directly improve campaign performance, product relevance, and marketing ROI.
Build and refine segmentation models, personas, and journey maps that uncover growth opportunities and inform investment decisions.
Design and deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns that increase qualified traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Enhance content and campaign performance to improve organic visibility, increase engagement, and lift conversion rates.
Ensure consistent, compliant, insight-led audience experiences that strengthen trust, improve satisfaction, and support long-term retention.
