Audience Engagement & Community Executive - B2B Events
London | Hybrid working + Travel
Up to 33,000 + Commission + Bonus
Join a dynamic team where you'll connect senior professionals, build thriving communities, and deliver high-impact B2B events across the UK, Europe, and the USA.
We're looking for a graduate with 1-2 years' experience in B2B sales, marketing, or recruitment. Someone who can research and find the right people, who loves communication, community-building, and creating meaningful event experiences that deliver ROI for clients.
What you'll do:

• Identify and engage VIP participants via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Match the right attendees to events and manage their onboarding process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives.
• Keep CRM systems and databases accurate and up to date.
• Support the Hosted Meetings programme and event logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide hands-on support at events to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

What you'll bring:

• 1-2 years' experience in B2B sales, marketing, or recruitment (resourcers, candidate generators welcome to apply).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, professional phone manner and attention to detail.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to understand what the client needs and deliver.
• Drive to build a business community
• Experience in financial services or tech sectors is a plus.
