About the role




As an Audience Insight Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating customer?centricity across the organisation. Working alongside the Audience Insights Lead and the wider Strategic Development team, you'll turn raw data into meaningful insight, build trusted relationships, and deliver high?quality reporting that empowers data?driven decisions.

In this role, you will:



Support the insights strategy and reporting roadmap

Build reports and dashboards that answer key business questions, track success metrics, and ensure insights are accessible and actionable across the organisation.

Contribute to our passenger audience segmentation strategy

Incorporate segmentation splits into reporting, support activation tactics, and help maintain shared definitions that enable smarter decision?making.

Map and measure the passenger journey

Work with the Audience Insights Lead to translate customer journeys into measurable frameworks and build reporting that evaluates performance at key touchpoints.

Ensure insights flow across all markets and routes

Deliver consistent, relevant, and aligned reporting that meets the needs of regional teams and business units.

Identify trends and uncover opportunities

Use your analytical mindset to spot patterns, understand root causes, and highlight opportunities for commercial and strategic growth.

Guide colleagues on research needs

Support teams by connecting reporting trends with research requirements, ensuring a holistic approach to insight generation.

Drive cross?functional alignment

Partner with Revenue, Marketing, Sales, and Route teams to standardise metrics, improve data connectivity, and embed insights into everyday decision?making.

About you




You're an analytical, technically minded individual who thrives on turning data into insight. You're curious, proactive, and passionate about understanding what drives customer behaviour. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating with others to deliver meaningful, actionable insights. You bring a solution?focused mindset and a desire to continually raise the bar for insight excellence.

We imagine you bring:



Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into clear insights Strong technical experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and other relevant tools. Preferberly, you also have experience working with semantic models. 2-3 years of experience in insights, data, or analytics (essential) Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload The ability to communicate complex data in a clear, digestible way Flexibility and adaptability to change, with an eye for emerging trends Strong communication and collaboration skills Business acumen, with the ability to link insights to revenue, retention, product?market fit, and ROI
