Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in designing, implementing, and maintaining audio-visual systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality audio-visual experiences. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that all installations meet specifications and exceed expectations.

Duties

Design and implement audio-visual systems tailored to client requirements. Conduct site surveys to assess the technical needs of projects. Install and configure equipment including but not limited to CCTV, VoIP systems, and network infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to audio-visual equipment and network connectivity. Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to ensure seamless integration of systems. Create and interpret schematics for various installations. Provide training and support to clients on the use of audio-visual systems. Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in audio-visual engineering or a related field. Proficiency with networking technologies including Ethernet, Cisco Routers, and Juniper devices. Familiarity with electrical systems and principles related to audio-visual installations. Experience in network installation and configuration, particularly in VoIP environments. Knowledge of CCTV systems and their integration into larger networks is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members. A relevant degree or certification in a related field is preferred but not essential.
