Offering a fully integrated, end-to-end service, we specialise in design, installation, consultancy, post-sale support, and maintenance. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated AV Installation Engineer to join our dynamic and high-performing team.

Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role for an Audiovisual Engineer at Redline Presentation Solutions Ltd, based in Southampton. While the majority of work is located in the South, this role requires flexibility as projects will also take place across the UK and Europe. The Audiovisual Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and IT network integration. You will collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure AV projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Install and configure AV equipment, including projectors, displays, sound systems, video conferencing systems, and control systems. Carry out cable installation, terminations, and testing of AV systems. Integrate AV systems with IT networks and troubleshoot technical issues. Conduct system tests and ensure proper functionality before project handover. Provide training and support to end users on installed AV systems. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for AV installations. Work closely with project managers to meet client requirements and deadlines. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site.

Skills and Qualifications:



Proven experience in AV installations or a related technical field. Understanding of network technologies and their integration with AV systems. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical drawings. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues. CSCS/ECS card required Relevant certifications (CTS, CTS-I, or similar) are a plus but not required.

Pay: 24,000.00-40,000.00 per year
