A fantastic opportunity for an experienced AV Project Engineer to deliver high quality audio visual and video conferencing solutions for meeting spaces. In this role you'll manage site-based projects, supervise installation teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards. You'll also have the chance to work with some of the most recognised and respected customers in the Industry, whilst continuing to build a progressive career in a supportive environment.



This role requires a Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to obtain Security Clearance.


What you'll do:




Lead technical delivery of AV/VC systems, including installation, testing, commissioning, and client training. Perform site surveys, review drawings, and provide technical support to project and sales teams. Ensure compliance with health & safety, company processes, and customer requirements. Produce accurate project documentation and reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and drive project success. Liaising with the technical team to confirm technical product specifications Manage and supervise the field-based installation team, ensuring project objectives are succesful



What you'll need:




Good experience in AV/VC engineering Strong knowledge of network cabling, IP fundamentals, and AV technologies (Teams, Zoom, Polycom, Cisco, Logitech). Skilled in commissioning, troubleshooting, and control systems. Experience around Project Management controls, including Change Management, Risk and Project Plans Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Valid CSCS/ECS card, SMSTS or equivalent Full UK driving licence Security Clearance (or the willingness to undertake this)
