With a focus on client success and employee development, they are now seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to join their dynamic team.Your New Role as Audit & Accounts Senior:
In this pivotal role, you will take charge of delivering exceptional audit and accounting services to a varied client portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to hone your technical expertise while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.Your Reward & The Package On Offer:

• Salary: xc2xa330,000 - xc2xa340,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing and completing audit assignments from planning to finalisation.
• Preparing statutory accounts and related tax computations.
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff.
• Liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and client advisory services.

The Experience & Qualifications Required:
To excel in this role, you will need:

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or part-qualified with significant progress).
• Strong experience in audit and accounts preparation within practice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work to deadlines.
