We work in a hybrid way, working from the office, from home and from other Council buildings as appropriate.


Salary range Band 5 (31,067 32,654)

Working Pattern Full Time

Working hours 36h.15m. per week.

About the Role




We currently have a vacancy which provides excellent opportunities to develop experience in Internal Audit through undertaking a variety of work in supporting the Audit and Assurance Service.


As an Audit and Assurance Officer, you will undertake a range of internal audit work, which will include undertaking audits of services and establishments across the Council, including schools.

You will have some previous experience in an Internal Audit role and undertaking internal audit assignments.
