We're seeking a detail-driven and people-focused Audit and Projects Manager to join our Transport Division. In this exciting and impactful role, you'll lead cleaning audits and manage strategic projects that support innovation, service improvement, and safety across a multi-site transport contract.
You'll collaborate with operational teams and support digital transformation while driving compliance and best practices. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for high standards, and a desire to create better processes for teams and customers alike.
As Rail Cleaning Audit and Projects Manager you will:
Conducting regular operational and digital audits to ensure service quality and compliance.
Creating clear, insight-led audit reports to support continuous improvement.
Working closely with frontline teams to implement improvements and track progress.
Ensuring readiness for internal, client, and third-party audits.
Collaborating with our QHSE Business Partner to review and develop key documentation.
Managing project milestones, resources, and risk to deliver successful change initiatives.
Leading innovation efforts to streamline and enhance operations.
Promoting a safe working culture, aligning with Churchill and client safety protocols.
As Rail Cleaning Audit and Projects Manager you'll have:
A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and data presentation.
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A solutions-focused, proactive mindset with a calm, methodical approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
A full, clean UK driving licence (essential for travel between sites).
Eligibility for client vetting checks, including a 5-year work history
Experience in cleaning compliance, audit, or project delivery (desirable but not essential--we value transferable skills and will provide training).
