Key Responsibilities

You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering audit assignments from planning to completion. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing clear and constructive advice. Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members--supporting their growth and ensuring high standards. Oversee file reviews, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and internal procedures. Collaborate closely with audit directors and partners, contributing to the firm's success. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all aspects of work. You will be a visible leader, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

You will have obtained your ACA or ACCA professional qualification. You will be able to build strong client relationship management experience Have confidence and tenacity to develop team members Good time management skills and able to deliver quality results You must be willing and conscientious to deliver high quality results
