You will manage a diverse portfolio of audits for owner-managed businesses and SMEs across a variety of sectors, leading assignments from planning through to completion. The role involves overseeing junior team members, ensuring high-quality audit delivery, and developing strong client relationships within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
Description
Lead audits from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients. Prepare audit files, review financial statements, and ensure compliance with audit standards. Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members throughout audit engagements. Liaise directly with clients to build strong relationships and address technical queries. Identify potential risk areas and provide practical recommendations for improvement. Work closely with partners and managers to deliver high-quality audit and assurance services.
Profile
ACA / ACCA qualified with 3+ years post-qualification experience Proven experience managing people and leading audits Strong technical knowledge of audit and assurance Excellent communication and client-facing skills Sociable, proactive, and progressive in mindset Team-oriented with a commitment to client service Salary: 38,000-52,000 DOE
