The Opportunity!

As a Senior Audit Manager in the Financial Services team at Azets, you'll play a key leadership role within a growing and technically strong department. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of regulated financial services clients, deliver high-quality audit engagements, and support the development of junior team members. Your commercial insight and sector experience will help strengthen client relationships and drive sustainable growth.

Day to day duties

Manage your own portfolio of financial services clients, including Asset Management, Funds, Securities firms. Payment services firms, (Insurance Broking). Support workflow planning and contribute to the operational running of your section. Identify and secure new business opportunities within your network and the wider market. Consistently meet revenue and profitability targets. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Champion our people strategy through coaching, mentoring, and team development.

What We're Looking For

ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualification. Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards. Significant experience auditing clients in the financial services sector. CASS experience is desirable. Previous experience managing and developing junior team members. Commercially aware with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
