The Opportunity!

As a Senior Audit Manager in our Charity and Not-for-Profit team, you'll take on a key leadership role in a growing, purpose-driven audit practice. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, lead high-quality audits, and guide and develop junior staff. You'll also play a part in business development and building long-term partnerships with clients.

Day to day duties

Manage your own portfolio of charity and not-for-profit clients. Support workflow planning and contribute to the operational running of your team Build strong relationships with trustees and finance leads, acting as a trusted adviser Identify and secure new opportunities through your network and sector knowledge Consistently meet revenue and profitability targets Contribute to people development through coaching, mentoring and performance management

What are we looking for?

Working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified Experience coaching and mentoring junior members Lead end-to-end audit engagements across the charity and not-for-profit sector Review statutory accounts and ensure compliance with the Charities SORP, UK GAAP, and other reporting standards Provide clear, practical advice on financial controls, governance, risk, and regulatory requirements (including Charity Commission and funder obligations)
