Role Overview

We're looking to grow our Call Audit & Compliance Team with a motivated and detail-oriented Call Auditor / Quality Assurance Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in compliance or quality assurance, especially within a regulated financial services environment.

You'll help maintain high standards in our call quality and compliance processes, providing feedback and support that helps our advisors deliver better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Audit sales calls and assess them against internal quality and FCA compliance standards
- Write up findings clearly and accurately for internal reporting and training
- Provide constructive feedback to sales advisors and participate in quality training sessions
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure post-sale documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain accurate records and assist with additional quality or compliance projects as needed

Candidate Profile

Essential:

- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver clear, constructive feedback
- Outgoing, friendly personality suited to a positive and energetic office culture
- Self-motivated and eager to learn within financial services

Desirable:

- Experience auditing calls in insurance or financial services
- 1+ year experience in a regulated sales environment (auditing, compliance, or QA)
- Familiarity with FCA guidelines relating to advised and non-advised sales
