We are seeking a motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by sourcing their own leads / contacting referrals and setting appointments with potential customers. This position requires a confident, professional, and persuasive communicator who is comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients within the luxury real estate market.
Sourcing own leads and data with contact details of relevant high end B2C business owners surrounding project location
Make outbound calls to high-end real estate companies to introduce our advertising services.
Engage with decision-makers, present the value proposition, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and appointments set.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Provide feedback and insights to improve the appointment setting process.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
Ability to build rapport with high-end clients and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not essential.
What We Offer:
Basic salary of 25,000 per annum.
Attractive commission structure with very realistic OTE of 60,000 - 80,000 per annum.
