Autism and Social Communication Liaison Officer

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people with autism and social communication needs? We're looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking professional to champion inclusion and drive positive change across schools and communities!


In this pivotal role, you will:

Deliver

high-quality, specialist support to school staff, students, and families.

Promote autism and communication-friendly environments

in line with the Isle of Man's National Autism Strategy ensuring every child feels understood and supported.

Design and deliver bespoke training

for schools, senior leaders, cross-government teams, professionals, third sector partners, and parents/carers, helping to shape best practice and transform outcomes.
