Austism Services Practice Manager (Registered Manager)

Location: Reading

Salary: 40k (Increased on Registration)

Contract Type: Full Time

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for quality and compliance?

We're seeking an Autism Services Practice Manager to oversee the safe, effective, and compliant operation of our new autism support services. You'll be accountable for CQC registration, safeguarding, workforce oversight, and reporting directly to your line manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead

- Lead audits and ensure CQC compliance

- Manage rotas, supervisions, and training records

- Produce monthly reports and service updates

KPIs include:

- 100% safeguarding concerns escalated within policy

- ?95% internal audit compliance

- <5% unplanned rota gaps per quarter

Ideal Candidate:

- Experienced in registered care management

- Strong understanding of CQC and safeguarding frameworks

- Skilled in workforce leadership and reporting
