Job Description

Independence Support Ltd (ISL) operate a supported living service in York (YO31), specifically supporting people with Autism and Asperger's. The service also offers an Outreach Service.

We are looking for flexible staff to join our team in providing outcome focused support, enabling people to live as independently as possible and prepare them for moving forward in their lives.

The role will include supporting clients with accessing the community, attending appointments, daily tasks and emotional support.

We are looking for flexible full time staff, the hours available include both days and nights, worked over a 7 day rota. The contract is for 37.5 hours a week.

This service does not provide personal care services.

Full induction training will be provided however some experience of working in a similar setting is desirable as the circumstances of the people being supported will be complex.

All appointments are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

Pay: 12.60 per hour
